We hereby declare that the video contest period is to be extended until August 20 considering that so far there has been only less than 50 videos submitted to the contest and we regret to find that few outstanding videos measure up the prize standard. We hope during the extended contest period more extraordinary videos will join in from which we can select winners as excellent as they should be.

To celebrate the blossom of iPhone Video Recorder, we, DreamCatcher are launching a video contest for the most creative and smooth videos which are made using iPhone Video Recorder. The Contest organization committee will choose top 10 winners from the participants by the end date June 30th, 2008.

Videos will be ranked based on these criteria:
1. Use of DreamCatcher's iPhone Video Recorder.
2. Youtube users rate and views counts.
3. Creativity.
4. Smoothness.

Ranking of the videos for the Finalist Prizes is based on the decision of the DreamCatcher contest organization committee and DreamCatcher's decision is final.

Below are simple steps to join in the Contest: 1. Record videos with DreamCatcher's iPhone Video Recorder. 2. Upload the videos to Youtube. 3. How the Contest Works
The contest begins on Thursday, May 20th, 2008 at 8 pm PST and ends on June 30th, 2008 at 8 pm PST.

Entrants use DreamCatcher's iPhone Video Recorder to create Videos and upload the videos to a group (ivr) in Youtube. Entrant can submit unlimited number of videos.

After the contest end date at 8pm on June 30th, the DreamCatcher contest organization committee will review all entries and choose the top 10 winners based on prize criteria.

Prize Criteria
Videos will be ranked based on use of iPhone Video Recorder, Youtube users rate and views counts, creativity, and smoothness, as determined by DreamCatcher in its sole discretion. Youtube users rate and views will be the most significant criterion; the higher rate and views counts an entry video get, the greater possibility it will be awarded as a winner.

Prizes
There are a total of 10 prizes to be awarded. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable; DreamCatcher reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

Each prize winner shall provide DreamCatcher with his/her contact details so that DreamCatcher can contact him/her for prize awarding. If a prize winner fails to contact DreamCatcher within ten (10) days of prize notification, the corresponding prize will be awarded to the participant with the next highest ranking.

Eligibility
Without limiting the foregoing, any video containing unlawful, profane, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit or hateful content will be immediately disqualified.

DreamCatcher may reject any submitted entries that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, fail to meet any of these eligibility requirements.

To be eligible you must agree to abide by these terms and conditions and be bound by all DreamCatcher decisions relating to this contest, which are final and binding in all respects, including but not limited to DreamCatcher’s determination of the winners.

Release and Publicity
You hereby forever release and grant DreamCatcher the right to use and disclose your name and Video in connection with the DreamCatcher website or any DreamCatcher promotion of the contest results or related publicity, including, without limitation, a press release. You hereby acknowledge and agree that DreamCatcher is hereby granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right to display, perform, use, reproduce, modify, distribute and provide users access to all Videos (including all related intellectual property rights) in connection with the DreamCatcher services and DreamCatcher website. DreamCatcher will credit you as the developer of the Video in a manner that DreamCatcher reasonably determines.

Other Terms
DreamCatcher is the sponsor of this contest. DreamCatcher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering or otherwise interfering with the contest. If DreamCatcher determines, in its sole discretion, that the contest is compromised by any corruption of the administration, security, or proper play of this contest then, at DreamCatcher’s sole discretion, it may cancel the contest. The winners will be subject to, and responsible for, all applicable U.S. taxes and withholding.
